  • My program includes a comprehensive wellness assessment and body composition insight to guide my starting point.
  • My goals are mapped based on how I want to feel, not just how I want to look.
  • I will receive ongoing education, product guidance, and weekly check-ins throughout my program.
  • I am supported through every phase of my journey — metabolic, emotional, and physical.
  • This is a 12-week structured transformation program with guidance, accountability, and support.
  • I understand that coaching and non-coaching pathways may differ in level of support, check-ins, and access.

Payment + Fulfillment Terms

  • All orders are processed only after payment requirements are met.
  • Nice & Trim does not allow partial fulfillment, split orders, or early release of services.
  • Once submitted for review or fulfillment, orders cannot be modified, paused, or reversed.
  • Self-guided plans follow standard business policies and are not the same as direct coaching support.

Body Scan + Scale Setup

Complete your scan and get your body composition tools connected before portal access unlocks.

What To Complete In This Step

  • Complete your Body & Beauty Scan.
  • Get your Renpho brand body composition scale, if you do not already have one.
  • Download the Renpho app to your mobile device.
  • Add NT Weight Loss Coach as a friend inside the app after setup.

Once your onboarding and Body & Beauty Scan are complete, the Nice & Trim Care Team will review your submission, intake details, and wellness profile. You will then receive next-step guidance, including peptide and wellness recommendations based on your individualized needs.

Refund Policy

At Nice & Trim™, our goal is to ensure transparency, clarity, and support at every step of your journey. Because our programs include specialized wellness services, once confirmed and customized, cancellations may be limited to ensure fair access and responsible preparation of your plan.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Clients may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as personalized wellness tools or program materials have not yet been distributed or assigned.
  • If your plan has not yet been reviewed, customized, or routed for fulfillment, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • After 48 hours, or once coaching tools, digital forms, intake links, or physical shipments are in progress, the order becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their subscription plan at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • All cancellations must be submitted via email to support@niceandtrim.com prior to the renewal date.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Your plan has been reviewed or processed by a clinician or wellness provider.
  • Program tools, personalized links, or intake forms have been assigned or used.
  • Any shipment or delivery of supporting materials has been initiated.
  • You choose not to continue after tools or services have been activated.

Order & Fulfillment Terms

  • All orders are processed only after payment requirements are met.
  • Nice & Trim™ does not allow partial fulfillment, split orders, or early release of services prior to completion of required payment.
  • Once an order has been submitted for clinical review or fulfillment, it cannot be modified, paused, or reversed.

Dispute Prevention & Support

If you have a concern or didn’t receive what you expected, reach out directly so we can resolve it. Contact support@niceandtrim.com and a member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
